Uraian program: 
This course has been designed to incorporate the hospitality functional areas of Asian cookery. Course Contents: Use basic Asian methods of cookery, Produce appetisers and snacks for Asian cuisines, Prepare stocks and soups for Asian cuisines, Prepare sauces, dips and accompaniments for Asian cuisines, Prepare salads for Asian cuisines, Prepare rice and noodles for Asian cuisines, Prepare meat, poultry, seafood and vegetable for Asian cuisines, Communicate on the phone, Implement food safety procedures, Plan and control menu-based catering, Organise and prepare food, Present food.
Syarat penerimaan: 
Applicants must have completed secondary studies in their home country equivalent to an Australian Year 12 qualification. At least 18 years old and above. English language proficiency level of IELTS 5.5 or higher. Mature age students with relevant experience may also apply. Applicants must have Certificate IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery)
